Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) acting director Todd Lyons on Wednesday slammed Hunter Biden, the son of former President Biden, over recent comments he made about immigration.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat’s just idiotic. It’s dumb. You know, to make comments like that is crazy, because under the last administration, those are the problems we have right now. Under these former administrations, President Obama, President Biden, it’s made illegal immigration common, in the commonplace, and that’s just not the case,\u201d Lyons told Fox News\u2019s John Roberts on \u201cAmerica Reports.\u201d <\/p>\n
In an interview released Monday, the younger Biden told YouTube creator Andrew Callaghan that \u201call these Democrats say, you have to talk about and realize that people are really upset about illegal immigration.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cF\u2014 you,\u201d the former president\u2019s son continued. \u201cHow do you think your hotel room gets cleaned? How do you think you have food on your f—— table? Who do you think washes your dishes?\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ll tell you what, if I became president in two years from now, or four years from now, or three years from now, I would pick up the phone and call the f\u2011\u2011\u2011ing president in El Salvador and say, \u2018You either f\u2011\u2011\u2011ing send them back or I\u2019m gonna f\u2011\u2011\u2011ing invade.\u2019 It\u2019s a f\u2011\u2011\u2011ing crime what they\u2019re doing. He\u2019s a f\u2011\u2011\u2011ing dictator thug,\u201d Biden added later.<\/p>\n
\u201cBukele or Trump?\u201d Callaghan asked, referencing Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele.<\/p>\n
\u201cBoth,\u201d Biden responded.<\/p>\n
Bukele responded to Biden on the social platform<\/a> X in a post that referenced the latter\u2019s past drug use.<\/p>\n \u201cIs Hunter Biden sniffing powdered milk?\u201d Bukele said in his Monday post that featured a clip with Biden\u2019s comments<\/a>.<\/p>\n During the first few months of his return to White House, President Trump and his administration have heavily cracked down on immigration.
